According to the trademark, individuals may purchase SweetHeart lychee fruit (and/or trees) for their own consumption without using the SweetHeart label. Whoever is selling the fruit or trees to others under the SweetHeart Lychee brand name, must use the designated label produced by Florida Star Groves, Inc. Label should be applied to a bag or a box of fruit and also on trees being sold.
